UCL final: PSG suffocated Inter Milan, pressed life out of them – Rio Ferdinand

Rio Ferdinand, a former Manchester United defender, has claimed that Paris Saint-Germain “suffocated” Inter Milan during both teams’ UEFA Champions League final encounter on Saturday.

According to Ferdinand, the Parisians also pressed life out of the Italian Serie A giants at the Allianz Arena in Munich.

Desire Doue’s brace and goals each from Achraf Hakimi, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Senny Mayulu ensured Luis Enrique’s side defeated Inter 5-0.

“PSG dominated the game, they suffocated Inter [Milan] and pressed them,” Ferdinand was quoted by TNT Sports as saying.

“From the word go, PSG pressed the life out of them and they had players that were in killer mode today.

“It’s an astonishing performance in a game of this magnitude. I don’t think I have ever seen such dominance at this stage,” he stated.

The latest victory ensured PSG completed treble this season under their manager Luis Enrique.
