Lagos State resident Peace Oblama has talked about her horrifying experience of being abducted by a “one chance” gang while travelling to work..CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
In a tearful interview that Lucky Udu Experience posted, Peace described what had happened that day. I went to the bus stop on that fateful day in the same manner as I usually did to get to work. Since it was a Monday, which is generally a very busy day, and if you live in Lagos, you are aware that getting a car to the island is never easy,” she started. She accepted a ride from a car going to Victoria Island after standing at the bus stop for a long time and worrying about being late for work.
“I said VI as they drove by, and they told me to get in.” I therefore didn’t enquire about the price when I walked in. I simply went in in the hopes that they would inform me of the cost. Peace claimed that she realised something wasn’t right right away. The driver, who was wearing a cap, was the first person I mentioned. There were two males in the back seat, another person in the passenger seat, and me. I was seated right next to the window. These people’s faces are unfamiliar, and they don’t resemble those travelling to the island. She was attacked before she could respond.
I was on the verge of telling them that I didn’t want to go again. After hearing a punch to my face, the other person slapped me and gave me a short squeeze. She explained how the men forced her inside the car and blocked the window. They threatened to kill me if I spoke, so they told me to be silent. They began assaulting me; they even took down my legs and began striking them with a hammer. Peace claimed she pleaded for forgiveness. I was pleading with the man to let me know what they desired. I was crying when I told them that I would give them anything they wanted and that they should just let me go.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
