In a series of synchronised operations, the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) claim to have attacked Iran’s command centres, ballistic missile installations, and nuclear infrastructure. “We’ve hit hard, hitting Iran’s nuclear, ballistic, and command capabilities. The Iranian regime has been working towards a nuclear weapon for years,” he said. Building a ballistic missile program has cost them billions of dollars. General Derfie claims that the operation is a component of a larger plan to counter the dangers posed by Iran’s long-term military aspirations. “To eliminate the threat at its origin is our clear mission,” he said.
