Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), has stirred conversation online following a video he posted celebrating what he described as a personal victory.
In the video, the outspoken social commentator reacted to the news that primary schools in Abuja have resumed classes after teachers ended a three-month strike.
This development comes after VDM had previously condemned the poor treatment of public school pupils in the Federal Capital Territory. In viral clips shared earlier, he spoke passionately about the plight of the children, noting that they had been kept out of school for months and warning that the situation posed a serious threat to their future.
Following the announcement that the teachers had finally been paid and a minimum wage of ₦70,000 had been implemented, VDM took to social media to celebrate. He reminded critics of how he was once ridiculed for allegedly inciting students to protest.
Despite the outcome, VDM refused to express gratitude to FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, insisting that public officials should not be praised for simply fulfilling their duties.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
