The family of Evyatar David, a 24-year-old Israeli hostage being held in Gaza, has accused Hamas of intentionally starving him as part of a propaganda campaign….CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
David was abducted on October 7, 2023, while attending the Nova Music Festival in southern Israel and has remained in captivity ever since.
New video footage released by Hamas shows David visibly malnourished, digging what he claims is his own grave in a tunnel. In the video, he says: “I haven’t eaten for days… I barely got drinking water.”
His family responded in a public statement:“We are forced to witness our beloved son and brother, Evyatar David, deliberately and cynically starved in Hamas’s tunnels in Gaza — a living skeleton, buried alive.”

Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir condemned the footage as an effort to manipulate and pressure Israel. The Red Cross and Western leaders have called for the immediate release of all hostages and the opening of humanitarian aid routes into Gaza.
Hamas responded that it would allow food and medicine deliveries to hostages only if humanitarian corridors into Gaza are permanently opened and airstrikes halted.
The release of the hostage video comes amid growing international concern over Gaza’s worsening humanitarian crisis. Photos of severely malnourished Palestinian children have surfaced, highlighting what aid organizations are now calling a famine.
According to the UN, dozens of people — including children — died from malnutrition during the last week of July. Aid groups report that many collapsed in the streets while searching for food.
The situation escalated on July 30 when Israeli forces opened fire on a crowd gathered at a humanitarian aid distribution site in Gaza. According to local health authorities, 73 Palestinians were killed, and hundreds injured. Witnesses described blood mixing with flour as the wounded were carted away from the scene.
The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) claimed the shooting occurred in self-defense, stating soldiers felt threatened while overseeing aid operations. The military emphasized that it does not intentionally target civilians and is committed to facilitating humanitarian deliveries in coordination with international organizations.
Despite this, local NGOs, including the Palestinian NGOs Network (PNGO), accused Israel of turning aid points into “killing grounds,” targeting civilians in their most desperate moments.
Of the 251 Israelis kidnapped by Hamas on October 7, 2023, 49 remain in Gaza. Israeli officials believe at least 27 of them are no longer alive.
The hostage crisis and Gaza’s humanitarian catastrophe continue to fuel global calls for an immediate ceasefire, the return of captives, and unimpeded access to aid….CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
