This was revealed in a post on X (formerly Twitter) by the user @Wisdomiel, who shared details of the incident.

According to him, his June salary was not paid, and in urgent need of money for school expenses, he decided to call his boss to explain the situation.

Instead of paying the full amount, his boss sent him ₦10,000 and later terminated his employment.

“Last month, I was sacked from my job at an eatery in Unilorin, where I earned ₦15,000 monthly. In June, they didn’t pay my salary, so I called my boss to explain that I urgently needed the money for school stuff. He sent me ₦10,000, and shortly after, I was sacked,” he wrote.
