The priest warned Tinubu not to give in to pressure from some advisors who wanted Shettima removed. He emphasised that the president and his administration would face severe repercussions from such a decision.
Primate Ayodele, who is well-known for his political forecasts and prophecies, advised Tinubu to maintain his resolve and refrain from basing judgements on incorrect advice. According to him, “Tinubu don’t remove Shettima, leave Shettima alone, if you remove Shettima you are going to be affected don’t listen to all this wrong advisers, leave Shettima alone.” According to his statement, the administration could become unstable if any attempt is made to change the current political structure at the highest level of government.
