In a terrifying incident that played out in real-time, popular TikTok streamer Peller was kidnapped by unknown gunmen on Wednesday while he was in the middle of a livestream. The shocking event left his online community in a state of panic and fear for his safety.
Thankfully, a positive update emerged on Thursday morning. Sandra Benede, a close friend and colleague of Peller, shared the news in an emotional live video that he had been successfully rescued by the Nigerian Police Force.
“They have seen him. DPO has seen him,” Benede stated, referring to the Divisional Police Officer. While details of the rescue operation remain scarce, she confirmed his safety, telling relieved fans, “They never give details but they have seen him.”
