In an interview that was uploaded on Jeff Owolewa TV’s YouTube channel on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, Odika described how a string of personal misfortunes led him to abandon performing. He claimed that the loss of his mother and the dissolution of his marriage occurred nearly at the same time, leaving him extremely distraught and unable to handle the situation.
“I had to stop acting because a lot of things went wrong,” he remarked, looking back on the traumatic chapter. My mother died, my wife left, and I’ve been battling for my life ever since.
