The district attorney said Miguel Gabriel Flores, 19, shot and killed Abel Castellanos, 16, on July 19, 2022.
Flores had posted that he was trying to sell a .380 handgun. Castellanos responded to the post. When the two met up, Flores shot Castellanos twice in the chest before taking another gun from him.
According to the district attorney, text messages showed that Flores planned the robbery.
