A wedding ceremony that was just days away from taking place was abruptly canceled after a disagreement between a couple over bridal party arrangements.
According to a social media post by Aku N’esi Obi Ike, the groom-to-be called off his wedding after his fiancée refused his request to have one of his sisters serve as a bridesmaid. Despite repeated attempts to convince her, the bride-to-be stood firm in her decision, leading the man to ultimately cancel the marriage.
The post explained that the groom had already spoken with his sister about being part of the bridal train and was disappointed by his partner’s refusal. After days of discussions with no compromise reached, he felt it was best to end the marriage before it began.
