Youths in the Echara community in Awka North captured the suspect, Anagbo Emeka, who was from Umugbo in the Ayamelum Local Government Area. Dr. Uche Nworah posted a video of the incident on Facebook, showing Emeka publicly admitting to the crime. He claims that he made an agreement with a commercial prostitute to provide him with used condoms that were gathered from brothels. But when the woman revealed the plan to others, the agreement broke apart.
I consented to buy used condoms from her. She reported me after delivering them. In the video, Emeka acknowledged that what she had done was incorrect. He added that he prepares charms for witchcraft, property disputes, fights, and even police cases using the condoms.
