A tragic domestic dispute in Nashville has left a community reeling after 42-year-old Keiona Wilson died following a confrontation with another woman she believed was romantically involved with her husband.
The incident unfolded on August 25, 2025, at a residence on Scalf Drive. Wilson reportedly drove to the home after spotting her husband’s car parked behind it. She moved the vehicle to the front of the house and initiated a verbal exchange with the resident, Keosha Greer, through the home’s security system.
The argument escalated when Wilson allegedly attempted to force her way inside. Investigators say Greer fired a warning shot through the door, which missed. Wilson then gained entry, and a physical altercation ensued between the two women. During the struggle, a second shot was fired, striking Wilson in the abdomen.
Despite her injuries, Wilson managed to flee the scene in her husband’s car and drove to the Madison Police Precinct, where she flagged down an officer. She was rushed to Skyline Medical Centre but later died from her wounds.
