Katsina United head coach Azeez Mohammed has commended his players for sticking to the game plan in their 1-0 win over Wikki Tourists.
Usman Barau’s first-half strike separated both teams on the night.
Mohammed assured that his team will build on the performance in subsequent games.
“I am very happy with my boys’ performance in the game. They played according to my instructions. I’m very happy with the result, we will continue like this Insha Allah,” Mohammed told Nigerian Players Gallery.
Katsina United occupy fourth position on the NPFL table with nine points after five games.
The Chanji Boys will square up against Nasarawa United in a Week Six fixture this weekend.
