Transfer: Benfica interested in Tolu Arokodare

Portuguese giants, Benfica are the latest club to be linked with KRC Genk striker, Tolu Arokodare.

Arokodare has been linked with top clubs in Germany, France and Premier League following a stellar campaign for Genk.

The forward scored 21 goals to finish top scorer in Belgium in the 2024/25 season.

According to Belgian news outlet, Voetbalkrant, Benfica have keen interest in the Nigeria international.

Genk are open to selling the 24-year-old this summer for the right price.

Arokodare is part of Nigeria’s squad that will face Russia in an international friendly on Friday.
