Until his latest appointment, the Ile-Ife born politician was a member of the Governing Council of Federal Polytechnic, Offa, Kwara State.

In a letter dated August 14 and signed by the Minister of Education, Tunji Alausa, the redeployment take effect immediately.

The letter reads, “I am pleased to inform you that His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, President, Federal Republic of Nigeria, has approved your redeployment from member, Governing Council, Federal Polytechnic, Offa, Kwara State to Chairman, Governing Council, Waziri Umaru Federal Polytechnic, Kebbi State.

“Your redeployment which is at the pleasure of Mr. President, shall take effect immediately and your emoluments and other Conditions of Service shall be as provided under Category ‘B’ of the Federal Government Agencies and Statutory Corporations, as specified in Circular Ref. No. SWC/S/04/S.310/T/65 of 8th April, 2016.
