Erica Banks is more than willing to deal with the side effects of body-enhancing surgeries—even fainting.
The Texas rapper appeared on Shirley’s Temple on Sunday (Aug. 17) and recounted the aftermath of her second Brazilian butt lift, saying the pain and recovery were worse than the first time she got the procedure.
“The recovery was crazy. All I kept thinking about was, by the fourth week, it was gonna be good,” she said. “That shit’s the most pain I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. … Giving birth might be a little worse.”
Erica, whose mom cared for her during the month-long recovery, said the first day after the surgery was particularly bad because she fainted on her way to the bathroom.
Luckily, her mom was there to catch her and wave an alcohol pad under her nose to wake her up.
Moments like those, Erica said, are par for the course with surgeries like a BBL. And that’s not to mention the special car seat, wheelchair, and crutches that she used to get around.
“As a surgical girlie, it’s normal to me,” the “Buss It” rapper said. “If you want that stomach and that ass, you don’t care about this shit, I promise.”
She explained tha she was inspired to get her first butt lift, which cost her $20,000, after burning out in the gym and dieting.
“It was too much. I was sweating my wig out every single day. I was tired as fuck. I was drained,” she said. “I couldn’t do it. I’m just gonna get on the table.”
After a year, she decided to go back under the knife to get her stomach “tighter and flatter”—and to make her butt “a li’l bit” bigger.
Erica said that while she’s happy with the results, social media comments aren’t always supportive of how she looks.
“You know people be online saying that my legs don’t match [my butt],” she said. “I be like, for real y’all? I get to looking in the mirror like, ‘Damn,’ you know?”
Earlier this month, Erica was arrested and spent a few hours in jail after a .380 mm handgun was found in her Louis Vuitton bag during a security check at an Atlanta airport. Erica denied knowing she had the gun and said it belonged to her “security.”
Officials discovered the gun had been stolen in 2018 in Greensville, South Carolina, and now Erica has been charged with theft by receiving stolen property. The rapper has since hired “The Fly Lawyer,” Jackie Patterson, who insisted Erica “had no idea” the gun was stolen….CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
