He claims that while these individuals are quick to disseminate unfavourable information about Nigeria on social media, they remain silent whenever positive events occur there. His comments were prompted by the recent arrest of two terrorist leaders, a significant national security achievement for Nigeria.

Bwala claims that rather than recognising the government’s efforts, opposition leaders like Peter Obi exploited the occasion to disparage or discredit the news. Bwala asserts that “checking their social media handles” is one method of identifying a company that is engaging in “wild goose chase,” which is detrimental to Nigeria.
