“Everything was shut down, including my house, bank, and school,” Mbaka says of his early ministry experience.

Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka, a fiery Catholic priest and the Spiritual Director of the Adoration Ministry in Enugu, has spoken out about the security concern surrounding his alleged kidnapping by Department of State Services (DSS) agents…..CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>

Mbaka told his audience how the incident left Enugu State in a state of bewilderment, dread, and terror.

According to the cleric, he first decided to keep quiet about the directives from the Catholic Bishop of Enugu that forbade him from going to specific events. He claims that his supporters were suspicious and misinformed as a result of this choice. Mbaka clarified, “I didn’t want to tell them that the bishop told me not to.” “All right, I should play the video,” they said. I recorded the phone. The priest described how rumours of his purported DSS arrest swiftly intensified as conjecture grew. “DSS. Observe this DSS. I was taken hostage. Recalling the mounting panic, he remarked, “The DSS office came out now and did not find me there.”

Mbaka claims that the issue quickly moved to Enugu’s Government House. After that, they relocated to the government house. He emphasised the magnitude of the public outcry by saying, “The Enugu government must use all of their security apparatus to bring me out or Enugu will go down.” He claimed that the strain compelled the liquidation of other organisations associated with him. “Everything, including my school, shut down. They warned that I had to leave my house and bank before the kidnappers killed me, Mbaka recalled. He maintained that his absence was due to adherence to church authority rather than an arrest.

But I was obedient to my bishop and had a career that required me to never return, so I was unable to come here. He remarked, “It’s because of those who claimed the father was providing false information.” Those who forced him to provide explanations were chastised by Mbaka. “What is deceptive? I’m being forced to explain myself by you. That’s how it occurred. He said, “They visited the government house.” He revealed that when the misunderstanding peaked, the governor was first unavailable. At the moment, the governor wasn’t present. After telling the Adoration folks that Father will emerge, he departed. They’ll try their hardest, and from what I’ve heard, they called the governor,” Mbaka stated.

He claimed that the governor finally issued an urgent order. Although the situation had gotten out of control by that point, Mbaka clarified, “The governor gave instructions to do whatever is possible to make sure I am provided, all there in a baby shop.” The cleric acknowledged that his congregation was almost overcome by the strain. “There was confusion everywhere because of what was happening from A to down to Holy Ghost to GTC camp.” “It left the hands of the Adoration people,” he disclosed. Mbaka prayed that such a tumultuous incident would never happen again as he wrapped up his remarks. “For that reason, I’m praying that it doesn’t happen again,” he stated…..CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
