According to the Wall Street Journal, Iran has acquired thousands of tonnes of ammonium perchlorate, a crucial component in the manufacturing of solid-fuel ballistic missiles. Iran’s missile arsenal might be greatly increased by using this supply to produce up to 800 missiles. It is anticipated that some of this material would be provided to proxy organisations supported by Iran, such as the Houthis of Yemen, who have attacked Israel and other regional targets with missiles.
