BREAKING NEWS: “Africa Must Be Respected”Davido Pulls out of 50 Cent’s London Show,Sparks Controversy online

Popular American rapper 50 Cent is currently trending on social media after fans speculated that Nigerian superstar Davido was dropped from the lineup of the highly anticipated “Final Lap Legacy Tour.” The speculation, however, is unfounded..CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>

The confusion started after Davido took to Instagram on Sunday evening to announce that he would no longer be performing at the London leg of the tour scheduled for July 3rd at the 62,000-capacity Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, where he was billed to share the stage with 50 Cent and R&B legend Mary J. Blige.

Although Davido did not give full details behind his withdrawal, he subtly hinted at issues with the organizers and not 50 Cent himself. He expressed disappointment over what he described as a lack of respect — not just towards him, but towards Africa as a whole.

“I pull out when respect isn’t served,” the singer shared in his Instagram Story, fueling discussions among fans and fellow artists.

However, social media quickly erupted with claims that Davido was allegedly removed from the show due to poor ticket sales — a claim that is completely false. The show is still scheduled to go on as planned, with 50 Cent and Mary J. Blige headlining. 50 Cent is already in the UK, currently in Manchester, ahead of his scheduled performance.

According to the tour schedule, 50 Cent will continue his European and African run with a performance in Morocco on June 21st, Germany on June 28th, and the London concert on July 3rd. Davido, on the other hand, is now shifting focus to his North American tour, which kicks off in Los Angeles on July 11th.

The incident has once again stirred up conversations around how African artists are treated on global stages, with many of Davido’s fans applauding him for standing up for dignity and respect.
