Uriel Ngozi Oputa, also known as Uriel, is a well-known reality TV star, chef, and media personality. She shares everything on her dedicated Instagram page, saying that it’s a blessing rather than a slight to age. “It’s a blessing, not a slight on age,” Uriel stated.

The media celebrity disclosed that she created the video to confront guys who constantly age shame women. She also said that rather than helping them comprehend and improve their life, they left comments on her post that said, “You are getting old.” She claimed that using someone’s age to embarrass them is a complete affront to God and mankind. Uriel asserted that growing older is a privilege and that there is no shame in it. She also stated that she would rather to age with elegance and purpose rather than die of regrets.

She added that people shouldn’t make fun of things they don’t understand because life will eventually remind them of them. She also said that some individuals have all the money in the world and yet wish they had one more day to live. “On ageing and self-worth: there’s no shame in ageing,” is the caption she posted. Being older is a luxury. Growing in purpose is more important to me than dying of regrets. Some people still wish they had one more day to live even though they had all the money in the world. Don’t make fun of things you don’t comprehend. Life will remind you one day.

Uriel expressed her displeasure with the way that certain guys have been age-shaming women. Many have responded, writing kind words and even expressing regret on behalf of the men. “On behalf of the men, please just continue your food content,” a fan named Ezeofor said. On social media, we should all be treated with dignity. Dream Girl, a fan, commented, “They make it seem like it’s over once you’re a lady in your thirties! At 33, I’m incredibly grateful for the life that God has given me! Not all 33 are still alive.
