As court proceedings began, Timileyin Ajayi, who was found guilty of killing and dismembering Adaidu, performed a religious act in court to elicit sympathy, as he was caught praying in his seat.
On Thursday, June 26, Justice Simon Aboki decided that the prosecution proved its case beyond a reasonable doubt and that the evidence confirmed Ajayi’s guilt for the heinous act.
At a church in Orozo, a border town between Nasarawa and Abuja, Timileyin was found in possession of a sack containing the severed head of Salome on Sunday, January 12, 2025.
Timilehin, a fitness enthusiast and content creator who inspires his followers on social media, led police to the remainder of Salome’s body after he was arrested. The body had been sliced into little pieces.
