Kwara United technical adviser, Tunde Sanni has declared the team’s readiness for the CAF Confederation Cup first round second leg clash against Asante Kotoko.
Kwara United suffered a 4-3 defeat to Asante Kotoko in the first leg tie in Accra last weekend.
The Harmony Boys will trade tackles with the Porcupine Warriors at the MKO Abiola Sports Arena, Abeokuta on Sunday.
Kwara United need a win to progress to the next round of the competition.
Sanni declared that their target is to secure qualification for the next round of the tournament.
“We are fired up and ready to finish the job. Our goal here in Abeokuta is to qualify for the next round to the delight of our supporters, whose unwavering backing we still count on,” Sanni remarked.
“Asante Kotoko cannot stop us, the team is tactically sound and we are highly prepared for the game.
“Kwara United is not an easy team in this competition.”
