BREAKING: Trump threatens to imprison Obama for treason, and Obama responds by firing him.

Former U.S. President Barack Obama has strongly refuted recent charges made by Donald Trump, who claimed that Obama committed “treason” in connection with the much-discussed Russia investigation and demanded a criminal investigation into his actions, according to a recent post by PM News on July 24….CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>

Obama’s spokesperson, Patrick Rodenbush, responded by denouncing the charges and calling them “absurd distractions” meant to deflect attention from pressing problems. He criticised the claims for being unfounded and untrustworthy. Out of respect for the presidency itself, we often don’t reply to the current administration’s constant stream of unfounded claims. But these specific comments are so ludicrous that they need to be clarified,” Rodenbush said.

Trump reaffirmed his charges during a White House meeting with Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., accusing Obama of masterminding a covert effort to overthrow him, a charge he called “treasonous.” Trump expressed his desire for legal action over the weekend by posting a digitally edited photo of Obama wearing prison clothes on Truth Social. “After everything that has been done to me, whether it was justified or not, it’s time to take action against those responsible,” he said in a statement to reporters.

Obama’s aides, however, refuted that assertion by citing findings from a Senate Intelligence Committee that was bipartisan and acknowledged Russian attempts to influence the 2016 election, but did not find any proof that vote tallies were tampered with.

Trump has vowed to exact revenge on those he believes wronged him during his first term since taking office again. He regularly brings up old scandals, like the Steele dossier and the Mueller investigation, which both fell short of proving connection between his campaign and Russia. Whether Attorney General Pam Bondi and the current Justice Department would follow through on Trump’s promises to file charges against a past commander-in-chief has been a topic of discussion following his recent remarks…CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
