Nigerian striker Jerome Akor Adams scored the winning goal as Sevilla defeated Rayo Valecano 1-0 in their LaLiga clash on Sunday.
Adams, who started the game on the bench, replaced Isaac Romero in the second half.
The former Flying Eagles star netted the winning goal three minutes from time.
It was the former Montpellier forward’s first goal of the season for the Rojiblancos.
The 24-year-old has made five league appearances for Sevilla this season.
His compatriot, Chidera Ejuke was an unused substitute in the game.
